Shipping and Returns

UK Shipping Information

 Orders will be sent via a Royal Mail Signed for Service and will come with tracking details. 

  • UK Domestic shipping is £5.00 Via Royal Mail Tracked 24. 
  • UK Domestic shipping is free for orders over £150.00 just select this option at checkout.
  • UK Next Day delivery is £8.95 (Next day deliveries must be ordered before 12.00pm otherwise they will be shipped the following day) and will be sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • We aim to dispatch any order received before 4pm the same day, any orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the following day
  • Orders recieved after 4pm on a friday will be dispatched the following Monday to allow for the weekend 
  • All UK orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail or DHL courier service and must be signed for on delivery
  • SevenStones does not deliver to P.O Boxes 
  • Any details or special instructions can be entered at the checkout in the comments section


    If after you have received your goods and have decided that they are unwanted you may return them to us at your own cost and risk within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
    Upon us receiving your returned goods we shall refund you for those goods or exchange them provided that they are in their original, brand new, unused, re-sellable condition.
    Please note that for unwanted/unsuitable items any shipping charges for your original order are not refundable.
    Beauty items, Fragrance and cosmetics that have been opened, tested or partially used will not be accepted for Returns. 
    Any claims of damage in transit need to be backed up with photo evidence. 
    If you have any questions regarding your return please give us an email and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can, we aim to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible.
    An order can be exchanged for anything on the website of equal value (providing it is in-stock) and if you wish to exchange for a cheaper/more expensive item a part payment or a partial refund can be arranged easily. 
    Posting of exchanged items will incur full postage charges at the same cost to the customer as our original postal charge. Please contact us prior to returning your order to arrange this.

    Faulty or Damaged Products 

    If your goods do not reach you in good condition you must notify us within 2 days of the receipt of your goods by email to We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods provided that they have not been opened or tampered with in any way.
    If you believe your goods may be faulty you must notify us within 28 days of the receipt of your goods by email to .We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods. Refunds or exchanges will only be given after the goods have been returned to us and we can confirm upon inspection that the goods are damaged or faulty.
    If any items are returned and no exchange is required, whilst in most circumstances, the customer will be refunded in full for total cost of goods, postage cannot be refunded. Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days from purchase to let us know why you are returning goods wherever possible. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances.

    Product Availability will endeavour to ensure that the web site does not have any problems and that goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can. Should you find a product that is out of stock please email us to see if we can source the item or have new deliveries in the future. 


    Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

    Colour Variation

    Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we cant guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups. If you require additional photos of an item please email the store and we will do our best to help.
